Battery Ventures acquires 1WorldSync Holdings
Battery Ventures has acquired Ewing, New Jersey-based 1WorldSync Holdings, a provider of product content solutions. No financial terms were disclosed. Needham & Company was financial adviser to 1WorldSync on the transaction.
