Battery Ventures acquires Forest2Market and Fisher International

Battery Ventures has acquired two companies: Charlotte, North Carolina-based Forest2Market Inc, a firm supplying data, analytics, supply chain expertise and strategic consulting services to the global forest products industry; and South Norwalk, Connecticut-based Fisher International Inc, a provider of business intelligence and strategy consulting services to the pulp and paper industry. No financial terms were disclosed.
