Bow River-backed Veregy buys energy services firm Dynamix
Veregy, a portfolio company of Bow River Capital, has acquired Columbus, Ohio-based Dynamix, an energy services company. No financial terms were disclosed. FMI Capital Advisors was financial adviser to Dynamix on the transaction.
