FRP Advisory hires Mark Naughton to lead its Corporate Finance team in the South West and Wales
FRP Advisory, the business advisory firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Naughton as a Partner to lead Corporate Finance in its Bristol office and focusing on major regional cities across the South West and Wales.
Prior to joining the FRP Advisory, Mark led Grant Thornton’s Corporate Finance Team in the South West and Wales where he built an excellent reputation for achieving exceptional results for clients.
Mark brings over 20 years of corporate finance experience and deep-rooted connections both within the Bristol and wider South West and Wales business communities. He will be working with a range of industries and investors including private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
Mark’s arrival as a Partner is part of FRP Advisory’s strategic plan to grow its corporate finance business that will serve clients across key regions of the country where Mark will be working with colleagues in the Manchester, Birmingham and London offices. FRP Corporate Finance focuses on companies in the mid-market with enterprise values typically from £10m to £100m and above.
FRP Advisory has three partners based full-time in the South West who together with a team of directors and managers offer corporate finance, pensions advisory and restructuring led solutions for companies, their advisors and their stakeholders. The Bristol office is expanding in response to increased demand for the firm’s advisory services where nationally FRP Advisory has grown to be one of the UK’s largest specialist business advisory firms.

He is a previous Deal Maker of the Year award winner, and has delivered some of the regions key transactions including the sale of Watson Petroleum to World Fuels Inc for £117m and thus far in 2017, the refinancing of Taylor Maxwell, the sale of Orchard Valley Foods to Norwegian listed Orkla Group and the sale of Premier Buying Group to Henry Schein Inc.
