Locke acquires RESCO

Locke Supply Co has acquired Virginia-based Richmond Electric Supply Co. LLC, an electrical wholesale distributor. The sellers were RESCO's management team and RTK Family Capital LLC. No financial terms were disclosed. Matrix Capital Markets Group Inc advised RESCO on the transaction. Graybill, Lansche & Vinzani, LLC provided legal counsel for RESCO on the deal with McAfee & Taft providing counsel to Locke.
