MDP acquires InMoment
Madison Dearborn Partners has acquired InMoment, a provider of customer experience management solutions. No financial terms were disclosed. Union Square Advisors was financial adviser to InMoment on the transaction while Stifel Nicolaus did likewise for MDP.
