OEP buys ORS MEDCO

One Equity Partners has acquired Deerfield, Illinois-based ORS MEDCO, a distributor of safety and security products, tools, body shop and repair products, welding, paint, chemicals and abrasives. The seller was Essendant Inc. No financial terms were disclosed.
