Thoma Bravo to buy Internet Brands’ Autodata Solutions

Thoma Bravo has agreed to acquire Internet Brands' Autodata Solutions Group, a provider of data, technology and marketing solutions for the automotive industry. No financial terms were disclosed. RBC Capital Markets is serving as financial adviser to Internet Brands on the transaction. Internet Brands is a portfolio company of KKR.
