Warburg Pincus China-Southeast Asia II LP raises $4.25 bln

Warburg Pincus said June 26 that its latest China Southeast Asia companion fund closed on $4.25 billion. Warburg Pincus China-Southeast Asia II LP will invest in Chinese and Southeast Asian portfolio companies alongside Warburg Pincus Global Growth LP, its $14.8 billion growth PE fund.
