Arcline buys IPS from Industrial Growth Partners
Arcline Investment Management has acquired Long Beach, California and UK-based Integrated Polymer Solutions Inc, a maker of elastomeric components. The seller is Industrial Growth Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. William Blair served as financial adviser to Arcline on the deal.
